Guiding students through their career confusions has been immensely satisfying and I've been able to take mindful decisions about my career. Having been certified as a Mindfulness and Happiness Coach along with Career Analyst, it has been a great learning experience and a privilege to help and guide an individual professionally and personally.

Our mission is to connect with all the individuals who reside in their past,leaving them with no clear understanding of their professional and personal lives, and to help them make objectives and receive direction in those areas to achieve their goals.

A 5 day workshop to give an introduction about the Mindfulness and it's importance in our daily lives.

21 day meditation to gain awareness about our inner self and other daily practises to inculcate mindfulness into our routine.

Counselling
sessions

3 rounds of detailed counselling session for both your professional and personal queries. The sessions can be on stress management, career guidance with personality assessment, Professional Career Switch over confusions. 3 detailed rounds would be conducted catering to all queries and concerns.

Corporate
Workshops

The workshops can be conducted on 2 days or 3 days based on the requirements and the audience. This includes various activities to improvise the team's spirit and motivate them to be more productive and happy at work.
